Diptyque’s flagship boutique in Raffles City offers a one-of-a-kind sensorial experience for customers the moment they step into the store. From the moment they enter the store’s green lacquered facade with its brass logo, they will step over a custom-made Diptyque mosaic and witness the interiors that have been designed to resemble a vast apartment divided up into two complementary spaces and two adjoining lounges. This boutique in Singapore juxtaposes a central fireplace and mouldings typical of French apartments with a wood and glass furniture unit, rattan panelling, a wooden openwork ceiling, a sofa upholstered in boucleì fabric and evoking the colonial style and furniture designed by the Singapore-based Studio Kallang.
Displayed on the shelves is Diptyque’s collection of scented candles, each brimming with floral, woody, spicy and herbaceous notes. Here, shoppers can also find decorative items such as candle holders, pedestals and lanterns for enhancing candle flames, limited-edition candlesticks, diffusers and paperweights.
