From fashion week to TikTok, Tatler breaks down the biggest beauty trend that everyone is obsessed with right now

Glitter brows, also known as disco brows, are everywhere. The Y2K trend enjoyed a surge in popularity this month as it made its way from the runway at Peter Do’s highly-anticipated show at New York Fashion Week to the internet’s favourite new movie Do Revenge, as spotted on break-out star and daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke, Maya Hawke.

It is a surprisingly versatile beauty look that can be adjusted to be bolder with dark colours, such as red or bright pink, for a night-out or upcoming holiday parties. For this striking look, just prime your eyebrows with brow gel. We recommend Benefit Cosmetic’s 24-Hr Brow Setter Invisible Brow Gel or Anastasia Beverly Hill’s Clear Brow Gel.

Gently pat on loose glitter with your fingers or a small brush. There will definitely be fallout, so make sure to catch it with a tissue and have make-up remover on hand to keep your glitter brows defined.

If loud glitter brows aren’t your vibe, you can also tone it down by using lighter-coloured looser glitter, shimmering eyeshadow or even highlighter once you have shaped and primed with brow gel. If you use the same shade on your cheekbones, it will add subtle glimmer to your entire make-up look.
