Helmed by executive head chef Kenichi Ishikawa, Tenshin is an exclusive eight-seater counter featuring exquisite Edomae-style tempura omakase using only premium ingredients air-flown in from Japan three times a week. Tenshin produces a special tentsuyu (tempura sauce) and uses a secret premium blend of Japanese oils to fry his tempura at the perfect temperature where it turns out light yet crispy, enhancing the flavour of the batter specially curated by Chef Ishikawa.
