Tesla CEO, Elon Musk proceeds to reign as the world's richest person in 2022
Business analysts have warned us at the latter part of 2021 on the Tesla stock drop. But as we enter 2022, the company's CEO, Elon Musk's net worth seems to have skyrocketed beyond US$300 billion as of January 3, 2021.

Given that Musk owns 15.6 per cent of Tesla's stock, the centibillionaire now has US$304.2 billion, according to Forbes, after acquiring US$32.6 billion to his fortune.

And it continues to sell even after approximately 936,000 cars have been delivered as of January 2. This is a quick turnaround after the unfortunate news broke out about the company having to recall 475,000 cars manufactured from 2014 to 2021.
However, many are still anticipating the company's report of fourth-quarter earnings which might further increase his assets.
In the meantime, Musk remains at the top as the world's richest person in 2022.
