Bantay Kalikasan (2003)

In 2003, the Tatler Ball raised funds to help conservation and reforestation efforts at the 2,700-hectare La Mesa Watershed. This was done through the partnership and guidance of ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation's environmental arm, Bantay Kalikasan, which continues to be a pillar in environmental advocacy in the Philippines. In 2022, people can continue to help by volunteering as writers, photographers, videographers, and even biodiversity specialists. Donations are also welcome and those who have something to report—whether environmental abuses or calamity-ridden areas—may also do so through their website.

Philippine National Red Cross (2004)

Known as a premier humanitarian organisation in the country, the Philippine National Red Cross is committed to providing life-saving services to those in the marginalised sector. During the 2020 pandemic, they were instrumental in providing accessible RT-PCR tests for suspected COVID-19 cases. This 2022, people can easily access donation avenues and help those most in need. Red Cross accepts monetary and in-kind contributions and their blood bank accepts donations from healthy persons. They also accept volunteers who are willing to be at the front lines during times of calamity.

Operation Smile (2006 and 2015)

Having a cleft lip or a cleft palate is one of the most common birth defects around the world. Yet, this kind of condition can often impede a person's self-esteem or lifestyle. Operation Smile, which provides safe surgery for those born with a cleft, gives children around the world the chance to live normal lives. The surgery itself is quick and fairly routine, and the organisation works tirelessly to make sure it is accessible for all. Those who believe in this advocacy can volunteer as medical specialists (dentists, cleft surgeons, and anesthesiologists are greatly needed) or non-medical personnel (photographers, translators, and the like).
