In collaboration with the Embassy of Switzerland in Singapore, Swiss Learning will be hosting a weekend event, ‘Explore the Excellence of World-Class Swiss Education,’ on March 11, 2023 at The St Regis Singapore from 3pm to 5pm.
Held at the Embassy Room of the hotel, the event offers a unique opportunity for parents and families to meet with admissions directors from 16 of Switzerland’s most prestigious boarding schools and hotel management schools. Families will also have a chance to explore a staggering variety of summer and winter camps available, from leadership camps to programmes dedicated entirely to the fields of robotics, culinary arts, skiing, and more.

"At these summer camps, you're essentially getting a slice of being at a Swiss boarding school," says Cheah. "A statistic from the schools revealed that about 60 per cent of the students who go to their summer camps end up attending the school itself.
"What parents like to do is tie in their kids’ summer camp with a visit to Switzerland and they plan the trip around it," she adds. Through this Swiss Learning event in Singapore, Asian parents who are unsure about the 'how' and 'why' of enrolling their children in Swiss schools will have access to personalised guidance by school representatives themselves.
They'll also have a chance to take home spectacular door gifts and lucky draw prizes from various Swiss brand sponsors, including an Audemars Piguet desk clock and Longchamp bags. One of the participating schools will also be sponsoring a free summer camp for one of the lucky draw prizes, while Switzerland Tourism is providing one travel pass for a family of five to travel all around Switzerland by train for free.
