Above Nguyen Van Thanh – CEO, GSM
Nguyen Van Thanh is at the forefront of Vietnam’s green mobility revolution. He currently serves as CEO of GSM, the operator behind Xanh SM, Vietnam’s largest tech-driven taxi and car service, founded by Pham Nhat Vuong. Xanh SM is proudly the first in the country to operate a fleet of entirely electric vehicles, encompassing both cars and motorbikes. Before joining GSM, Thanh held the position of Deputy CEO at VinFast, Vietnam’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer.

Above Marina Tran Vu – Founder and CEO, Equo
Through her eco-conscious brand Equo, Marina Tran Vu champions accessible alternatives to plastic from chopsticks and straws to pencils and bags. Made from organic or recycled materials such as rice, coconut and sugarcane bagasse, these products are reusable or fully compostable. Equo now reaches customers in 15 countries, replacing millions of plastic items with artisanal alternatives crafted by Vietnamese and Taiwanese communities. In 2024, she became the first Vietnamese recipient of the prestigious Cartier Women’s Initiative award.

Dinh Trung Hieu is the Founder and CEO of Nuoa.io, a platform dedicated to managing sustainable development by enabling Vietnamese and Asian enterprises to track and report emissions in line with international standards. With a background in finance and an MBA from INSEAD, Hieu is committed to empowering small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses, boosting their competitiveness and supporting their integration into the global green supply chain.
