6-year journey: Each step a leadership mark

Since 2019, when the theme “Leadership creates breakthroughs: Originating from the self” was introduced, Leaders Forum has been a place for leaders to reconnect with their inner strength. By 2021, the message “Improvise to rise” resonated with businesses unsettled by the pandemic. In 2022, the focus shifted to “Leadership with a growth mindset: Confidence creates breakthroughs”, followed in 2023 by “Adaptive Leadership”. Most recently, 2024 opened up a broader vision under “Leadership creates the future”.

Each year, Leaders Forum marks a progression in Vietnamese leadership thinking, from self-reflection to team management and, further still, to shaping leadership’s place within the socio-economic landscape. Leaders Forum 2025, featuring the theme “High-touch vs High-tech: Humanity × AI × Impact” continues that six-year journey with a pressing question: will technology strip us of humanity, or can it elevate leadership to be more “touch & quality” than ever before?

Paradox of the times: The more technology, the more people crave “to touch”

AI brings speed and efficiency. Yet without humanity, it risks outsourcing our capacity for love and empathy to machines. Here lies the paradox of our time: the more technology surrounds us, the greater the hunger for human touch, for heart, understanding and care.

Many entrepreneurs, particularly those who thrived before the tech era, regard AI as a “strange creature”, approached with both curiosity and caution. But reality offers no space for hesitation. Today’s climate imposes a double demand: swift adaptation and the ability to guide entire teams along the way.

When “Touch” becomes the decisive quality

According to Deloitte 2025, nearly 60 per cent of Gen Z and Millennials worry that AI will dramatically reshape the labour market, increasing the pressure on skills and multi-generational cohesion. A Vietnam-based study by DSSolution also found that workplaces with generational diversity not only enrich corporate culture but also enhance productivity and engagement.

These figures underscore what every leader already senses: the true challenge is not simply keeping pace with technology, but ensuring people remain at the heart of progress.

Heart Intelligence inspires leaders to lead in the AI era

The theme “High-touch vs High-tech: Humanity x AI x Impact” at Leaders Forum 2025 brings to light a timeless principle: technology can compute, but only the heart can lead.

The discussions and dialogues at Leaders Forum 2025 will not stop at sharing experiences, but go straight to the most thorny questions of the era. How does an SME founder shape his vision and mindset when choosing the right tools for his scale, both optimising operations and raising productivity? What strategies can be applied to manage corporate culture and communication, develop self-efficacy and harness “heart intelligence” as a core competency for leadership in the AI age?

The forum also addressed unavoidable challenges: how to bridge the generation gap within organisations; how leaders can unlock the full potential of individuals, instead of leaving data and algorithms to define them. More crucially, can heart intelligence evolve into a form of “soft technology”, a sustainable capability that enables leaders to create profound and lasting influence in an increasingly machine-led world?

Multi-dimensional dialogue – touch to create impact, position future leaders

This year’s Leaders Forum gathers over 20 international and Vietnamese speakers, spanning seasoned managers and a new generation setting the pace for change. The exchange creates a multi-dimensional space, where each leader not only listens but also reflects and recognises themselves in the experiences of others.

The programme follows two complementary tracks, designed to address both strategic vision and practical execution:

Morning session: Keynote and panel discussions on leadership positioning in the AI era, building a culture of innovation, navigating change and guiding multi-generational teams.
