Moving beyond the technicalities of algorithms and coding, these Gen.T leaders are reimagining how we engage with the digital landscape. Technology and AI are no longer confined to backend systems but are emerging as the connective tissue driving change across disciplines.
The Gen.T generation includes rising figures from a diverse range of fields: technology, business, finance, culture, education, cuisine and sport. Each carries a personal story of bold ideas, pioneering vision and an enduring drive to create value. Their presence at Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025 marks not only a personal milestone, but also affirms the standing and promise of Vietnam’s next generation on Asia’s leadership map.
Gen.T leaders are creating a “new future” from the source of technology and AI
This is an era not just defined by the rapid growth of technology and artificial intelligence, but by the audacious strides made by those willing to lead. More than just a string of code or computational prowess, AI has become a transformative force that challenges our boundaries of creativity, productivity, and even empathy.
These three Gen.T leaders exemplify the courage to dream differently, to craft a new future through bold innovation. Whether immersing players in Vietnamese-inspired horror game worlds, building AI tools for design efficiency, or developing platforms for emotional wellbeing, they are proving that the future is not simply something to anticipate: it is something to shape, actively and intentionally.

Above Le Doan Dang Khoa – Founder and CEO, Rare Reverse
Le Doan Dang Khoa leads Rare Reverse, a studio that creates commercial CGI content for Vietnam’s biggest brands. Yet it was the release of The Scourge, a horror game launched on Steam and rooted in 1990s Saigon urban legends, that captured widespread attention. The game delivers a deeply cultural and immersive experience, setting the company apart.

Above Nguyen Khanh Linh – Head of AI, Obello
Nguyen Khanh Linh is advancing design workflows as Head of AI at Obello, a graphic design platform powered by machine learning. She is the first Vietnamese woman recognised as a Google Developer Expert, and the first female expert in generative AI. Beyond her corporate role, she founded NeuroPurrfect AI, a blog exploring AI, and Beautiful Mind Vietnam, a non-profit supporting mental health.

Above Astro Vinh – Founder and CEO, Murror
Despite a thriving career at Google and Meta, Astro Vinh (Tran Quang Vinh) faced a personal struggle with depression. That experience inspired him to create Murror, an AI-based app designed to support mental wellness by helping users monitor their emotions, keep personal diaries, and receive analytical insights. Vinh sold his home in the US to fund the venture, assembling a committed team of mental health professionals with the goal of nurturing greater self-love among young people.
As Vietnam and the broader region undergo sweeping transformations, these Gen.T leaders stand as powerful examples of those willing to challenge limits and redefine value. Through innovation and purpose, they are contributing to a more dynamic, sustainable and forward-looking future for Vietnam and for Asia.
This marks the first year Tatler Vietnam joins the Gen.T Asia community. We look forward to deepening our connection with this passionate generation of leaders, sharing their stories, and helping to amplify the progress they are driving across sectors in the years to come.
