Tatler Indonesia marks a decade of Gen.T by unveiling its 2026 Leaders of Tomorrow alongside ten Leaders of Today whose influence continues to shape the nation. The milestone gathering brought together founders, creatives, innovators and changemakers for an evening celebrating leadership, community and the future of Indonesia.
A decade after Gen.T was first introduced across Asia, Tatler Indonesia celebrated the platform's 10th anniversary with an intimate gathering that honoured both the country's newest generation of leaders and the alumni whose influence continues to grow.
Held on 9 July 2026 at Keyaki Japanese Restaurant, Pan Pacific Jakarta, the launch of Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2026 celebrated ten years of recognising exceptional young leaders. Since its inception in 2016, Gen.T has grown into a regional community spanning ten Tatler markets and more than 3,500 entrepreneurs, innovators, creatives, athletes and changemakers shaping the future of Asia.
Marking the occasion, Tatler Indonesia honoured both the leaders shaping tomorrow and those whose impact has continued to grow over the years. Alongside the unveiling of ten Leaders of Tomorrow, the evening also celebrated ten Leaders of Today—Gen.T alumni whose achievements reflect the platform's long-standing commitment to championing leadership beyond the moment of recognition.

Held as an intimate dinner, the celebration brought together Gen.T alumni from across different generations alongside this year's honourees. More than a ceremony, it offered founders, creatives, investors and changemakers the opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas and strengthen the relationships that have become central to the Gen.T community.
The evening opened with welcome remarks from Judithya Pitana, Editor-in-Chief of Tatler Indonesia, who reflected on Gen.T's journey over the past decade and its mission to spotlight individuals whose ideas, innovation and leadership are creating lasting impact.

One of the highlights of the evening was a fireside conversation featuring Roderick Purwana, Managing Partner at East Ventures and a Gen.T 2020 honouree, alongside Antonny Liem, Founding Partner of GDP Venture and Gen.T Tribe. Moderated by Adeste Adipriyanti, Leadership Editor at Tatler Indonesia, who also served as the evening's master of ceremonies, the discussion explored the realities of leadership beyond titles and achievements.
Reflecting on his own experience, Antonny shared that leadership does not require having all the answers. Instead, he described it as "a lonely endeavour," emphasising the importance of building strong support systems through trusted mentors, peers and communities such as Gen.T, where leaders can learn from one another while navigating uncertainty together.
Drawing from his entrepreneurial journey, Roderick spoke about the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people and investing in meaningful relationships. He also highlighted conviction as an essential quality of leadership—the confidence to stay committed to a long-term vision while remaining adaptable as circumstances evolve.

This year's Tatler Indonesia Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2026 represent a diverse cross-section of industries shaping Indonesia's future. The honourees are Andry Hakim, founder and CIO Stockwise; Ardika Dwitama Tjandra, head pastry chef of August; Aruna Harsa, co-founder and CCO of Dekoruma; Christopher Aldo Setiawan, founder and CEO of Yellow Fit Kitchen; Janice Tjen, professional tennis player; Nadia Habibie, Executive director of Habibie & Ainun Foundation; Natasha Ardiani Hartono, co-founder and CEO of Durianpay; No Na, the Indonesian girl group formed by 88rising; Ryan Adriandhy, filmmaker and animation director behind Jumbo and Na Willa; and Sari Chairunnisa, Deputy CEO and chief R&D officer of ParagonCorp.
Joining them were ten Leaders of Today whose influence continues to extend across entrepreneurship, entertainment, philanthropy, technology and the creative industries: Carina Joe, Chrisanti Indiana, Denica Riadini-Flesch, Gary Bencheghib, Grace Tahir, Raisa, Roderick Purwana, Ronald Akili, Winston Utomo and Wregas Bhanuteja.
