As intriguing as his name is, Singaporean Dr Z Teo has secured a foothold in the country’s cutthroat beauty and skincare industry alongside his wife Aivee. Since opening in 2009, the Aivee Clinic has become a cosmetic dermatology centre that didn’t just pass people’s minds; its luxury and premium services is a favourite among celebrities and beauty enthusiasts alike. Having come from a medical family, Dr Teo had difficulty going against the grain of following his parent’s footsteps as doctors. But he soon found a link between art and science in the field of aesthetics.

Now, he’s the CEO of the Aivee Group, carrying brands with a primary focus on holistic wellness. A glance at Dr Teo’s Instagram would tell you what his primary interests are outside of work: beauty, fashion, dogs, fitness, and of course, family. He is a husband to Aivee and father to three kids and nine dogs.

Together with wife Aivee, they have expanded their beauty empire to opening Luxuripets (a luxury grooming and veterinary clinic for one's furry pals) and Aivee Cafe.
