V-Nee Yeh works in senior roles at a wide range of finance companies. He is the co-founder and honorary chairman of Value Partners, Asia’s second largest fund management group; the co-founder and chairman of distressed and special opportunities fund Argyle Street Management; chairman of Cheetah Investment Management, which incubates other funds; and a founding shareholder and non-executive chairman of Dubai-based alternative investments group Samena Capital.

A former member of Hong Kong’s Executive Council, he has also been a member of the listing committees of both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Originally working in law and then asset management in the US, he returned to Hong Kong to take charge of the restructuring of his family’s company Hsin Chong.

V-Nee later became chairman of the construction group, originally established by his grandfather Godfrey Yeh. He is married to Hong Kong Ballet vice-chairman Mira and is the father of Nadya.
