Ruzaini Jamil

Founded in 2005, Rizman Ruzaini—a fusion of both founders’ names—has gained widespread acclaim for its exquisite couture creations, renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Ruzaini Jamil and Rizman Nordin first met during their fashion studies at UiTM Sri Iskandar Perak. They quickly hit it off and formed a lasting friendship. Inspired by the designers behind Dolce & Gabbana, they decided to join forces to establish their own label.

Over the years, Rizman Ruzaini’s designs have adorned Malaysia’s biggest names, including Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza, Marion Caunter, and Ziana Zain to name just a few. In 2023, the label added Naomi Campbell to the list. The supermodel closed the fashion duo’s debut show at Dubai Fashion Week, wearing a special piece from their spring-summer 2024 collection, which she later featured as one of the most iconic looks of her career at the Naomi: In Fashion exhibition at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum in 2024, making it the first-ever creation by Malaysian designers to be displayed at the prestigious museum. Shortly after, Lady Gaga was spotted in a custom gown by the duo at her Las Vegas residency.

Since their debut at Dubai Fashion Week, Rizman Ruzaini has quickly positioned themselves as key players in the city’s fashion scene. Building on this success, they will be launching their first flagship store in Dubai and another in Malaysia later this year. Looking ahead, the fashion duo aims to further “put Malaysia on the map” and expand their fashion empire, casting their sights on Paris as they strive for recognition from the Federation de la Haute Couture et de la Mode.
