An architect and designer fueled by an international background and cultural fluency, Grace Cheung’s works span aggregate planning, architecture, products, and conceptual installations. In 2003, Cheung and husband, serial entrepreneur Royce Hong, founded XRANGE Architects, a firm that’s frequently featured in prestigious publications for its multidisciplinary work around Asia.

In 2007, the firm was listed among the 101 most exciting new architects in the world by Wallpaper magazine. Its first architectural project, the Ant Farm House, is the only building in Taiwan to be included in the Phaidon 21st Century World Architecture Guide. Some of its notable projects in Taiwan include the Sun Moon Lake Hotel, The Cloud, which won the 2009 I.D. Annual Design Review - Environment category, and the Landscape of Traces for the Taiwan Rail Museum, which won the FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards 2021, Environment & Culture Category, Golden Quality Award.
