Potager
1. Potager

Perhaps one of the most highly anticipated openings in the city this year, modern French restaurant Potager is the brainchild of culinary mastermind Masashi Horiuchi and the rest of the Entier French Dining. Design-wise, the attention to detail here is sublime, with personalised fragrances for its bathrooms, custom ceramics made by ceramicists, art installations by local artists, and more.
Along with head chef De Wet Visser, Horiuchi's menu at Potager is a gastronomical journey for all senses, rooted in quality, craft, and nature. You’ll find ingredients from local purveyors dotted throughout the menu, which is supplemented by an impressive wine program, led by group sommelier Dennis Chong.
Oeno Wine Lounge & Tapas

The Qing
3. The Qing

The Qing is one of the latest newcomers to the Bamboo Hills collection of eateries, serving contemporary Chinese cuisine. Using traditional flavours and modern cooking methods, The Qing is inspired by the ancient Chinese philosophy of the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water.
The space’s design is based on the traditional Chinese Courtyard House but with a few modern touches. When dining with a group, its hot pot selection will be a welcoming addition to your table.
Tap Room
4. Tap Room

Tap Room is Bamboo Hills’ resident craft beer bar that also serves tapas and classic pub fare in its vast and comfortable space. Its menu is vast, covering a number of cuisines so there is something for everyone. Food favourites include a watermelon mezze salad, yakitori assortment, and aglio olio.
On the drinks front, there are cocktails on tap available, but the spotlight is on its selection of craft beers, including Paper Kite, a local craft beer whose brewery is actually housed in Tap Room.

Nok Yung, which means peacock in Thai, brings a slice of Thailand's best, thanks to chefs Ponsit Inpang and Somsak Polsit. Transplanted from Bangkok, they whip up authentic flavours in the form of Tom Yum Talay, Thai green curry with Wagyu, Thai chicken wings, Poo Paht Pong Karee, Thai-style omelette, and many more.
Botanica + Co - Bamboo Hills
10. Botanica + Co - Bamboo Hills

Botanica+Co’s latest outpost is a large, open, and relaxing space. Its menu is a step up from its sister outlets’ offerings, with bigger and bolder flavours. Try the char-grilled tiger prawns with herb butter and chilli shallots, Black Angus tomahawk with bordelaise sauce, and char-grilled scallops with Montpellier scallops.
Ginger
11. Ginger
Ginger takes a cue from Australian cuisine with its vibrant and striking dishes but with a local twist. Its restaurant is encased within large glass walls that lets in plenty of sunlight, with an open space for a relaxing meal.
During the day, try its scallop, ikura, and prawn spaghettini, Ginger’s Burrata, and Bhangra Burger. For dinner, we suggest the harissa lamb cutlet, grilled market fish with lemon and capers, and chargrilled eggplant.
