At Aivee Star in Ayala Triangle Gardens, society personalities, wellness advocates and longtime supporters gathered to celebrate the opening of the Aivee Group’s newest venture
On a Thursday evening in Makati, guests gathered on the third floor of Ayala Triangle Gardens for a first look at Aivee Star, the latest venture from the Aivee Group. A select group of Tatler friends were invited for an early preview of the space and its four featured treatments, alongside a programme of curated experiences. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed canapés and refreshments by chef Josh Boutwood, whose menu provided a fitting complement to the occasion.
By five o’clock, guests began moving through the space, exploring treatment rooms dedicated to four of Aivee Star’s cornerstone technologies: Emsculpt, Exion, Emface and Exomind. DJ Tomas Cabili played a relaxed soundtrack while conversations unfolded over cocktails and light bites. With cocktails in hand and conversations unfolding between treatment demonstrations, the evening felt far removed from a typical clinic visit, a reflection of Aivee Star’s vision to reimagine the aesthetics experience.

The formal programme began with host Anne Gauthier welcoming guests and outlining the motivation behind Aivee Star. More than an extension of the existing Aivee portfolio, the concept was designed as a concierge-style destination that places privacy, convenience and personalised care at the forefront. Situated within Ayala Triangle Gardens, the location offers a central address for clients navigating both professional and social commitments in the city.
Drs Aivee and Z Teo then took the stage to speak about the evolution of the brand and the vision behind the new space. Having built one of the country’s most recognised names in dermatology and aesthetics over the past two decades, the couple described Aivee Star as a focused expression of the values that have guided the group since its inception: combining innovation with patient-centred care while helping clients feel more confident in their own skin.

Several of the evening’s ambassadors shared their experiences with the featured technologies. Actor Dolly de Leon discussed Exion, which combines radiofrequency and ultrasound technology to address skin quality and rejuvenation. Joanna Preysler Francisco spoke about Emface; while Tim Yap highlighted Exomind, a treatment that explores the connection between neurological wellness and overall wellbeing. Together, their perspectives offered guests insight into the breadth of treatments available at the centre.

Adding another layer to the discussion were the testimonials of Maria Elena Urriste, Erica Concepcion Reyes and Monique Madsen, who shared their own experiences with the treatments. Their accounts provided a practical perspective on the technologies being introduced, grounding the evening’s presentations in personal experience.
Beyond the talks, guests were encouraged to explore a series of interactive stations throughout the venue. A flower bar allowed attendees to create bespoke bouquets to take home, while a fragrance experience by Guerlain invited guests to discover a selection of scents at their own pace. Elsewhere, personalised gua sha tools were engraved on-site, offering a thoughtful keepsake from the launch.
Boutwood's culinary contribution remained a focal point throughout the evening. Canapés circulated alongside a selection of cocktails from the Aivee Bar, creating a social atmosphere that encouraged guests to linger long after the presentations had concluded.

Among those in attendance were Heart Evangelista, Kylie Verzosa and Maricel Soriano, whose presence reflected the broad community that has supported the Aivee Group over the years. As the evening progressed, guests moved between conversations, treatment demonstrations and experiential activations, gradually settling into the rhythm of the event.
By the end of the evening, Aivee Star had introduced itself not through grand declarations but through experience. The launch offered guests an opportunity to engage directly with the space, its treatments and its philosophy—an approach that felt consistent with the personalised ethos the centre aims to provide.
