Grand master David Goh has spent his life mastering imperial feng shui. Here is what that means for you as the feng shui practice once reserved for Chinese emperors is now available in Singapore
Imperial feng shui was, quite literally, developed for emperors: a discipline refined over centuries within the Chinese imperial courts to optimise prosperity, health and success across generations, and kept deliberately apart from the practices that filtered through to the broader population. At the helm of Imperial Harvest is grand master David Goh, a third-generation master whose family has devoted nearly a century to the practice.
His grandfather, grand master Fu Tian Long, inherited the art in the 1930s from esteemed masters across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. He practised for half a century and, in 1980, passed the mantle to his son, Master Long De Ren. Fu Tian Long and Long De Ren are their dharma names (法号). Grand master Goh carries that inheritance forward. He pioneered a partnership model of consulting in which every client who comes on board receives complimentary support for life, spanning Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny) reviews, Qi Men Dun Jia divination, auspicious date selection—wedding dates included—and baby naming. Bespoke feng shui audits for homes and offices are commissioned separately.
The consultation comes first

Every Imperial Harvest journey begins with a Bazi analysis. Clients share their date and time of birth, along with details of their careers, life challenges and aspirations; from these, grand master Goh prepares a personalised blueprint mapping each individual’s unique energy profile—identifying whether they lack fire, water or another of the five elements, and what that means for the specific circumstances of their lives. The initial consultation is complimentary, and every recommendation follows from this analysis.
As grand master Goh describes it, the process is as precise and thoughtful as a medical consultation—and that precision is what separates Imperial Harvest from the broader market. Every treasure recommended to a client is matched to their Bazi chart, favourable elements and auspicious colours. The person comes first; the piece follows.
Moving the stars
Some practitioners read destiny. Grand master Goh moves it. His signature is Destiny Engineering (移星换斗, “to move the stars and shift the Dipper”), the most advanced of the Taoist rites transmitted within his lineage, performed to raise the ceiling on what a person can achieve. The rite is built on the three imperial disciplines: Bazi reveals where a client’s ceiling lies, feng shui where in their space the work must be done, and Qi Men Dun Jia when to act. Its measure is what an individual, a family or an enterprise achieves, and what each passes to the next generation.
Where results are counted
Grand master Goh’s clients include business owners, senior executives, traders and investors, and many of the top producers in property, financial advisory and technology sales—fields in which results are counted every month. Among them he is known as 人缘招财至尊, the supreme master of charisma and wealth attraction.
More than 6,000 clients have consulted Imperial Harvest since its founding in 2014, and he serves as principal feng shui consultant to multinational corporations in luxury retail, banking, hospitality and real estate.
“In 2023 and 2024, the market was stagnant or declining, but with Imperial Harvest’s help, I maintained my sales and retained my PropNex millionaire title,” says Eugene Ng, a five-time PropNex Millionaire who has since built a team of nearly 20.
Jared Tan, a four-time PropNex Millionaire, credits his career success to grand master Goh: “I sought his advice, and lo and behold, I nailed my first PropNex Millionaire within 8 months of 2023. It was one of the most significant milestones in my career.”
Melina Yap, a three-time ERA Millionaire, won her first title four months after her first consultation in 2024. In 2025 she reached it again in a record five and a half months, rising into ERA Singapore’s top 30 agents.
Jeff Yeo, the nine-figure entrepreneur behind tiny-house company Big Tiny, first consulted grand master Goh in 2017, the year he co-founded the business. “I find that he is really sincere in helping his clients and he places his clients’ interests above everything else,” he says.
Objects made to be lived with

Above The Imperial White Inkstone, a modern revival of the emperor’s living altar historically esteemed by Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong, is hand-inscribed by gand master David Goh
Imperial Harvest’s creations draw on grand master Goh’s decades of study and research in imperial feng shui, and on the architectural icons of imperial China—among them the Ming dynasty’s Temple of Heaven in Beijing, the ancestral home of the discipline. Each piece is fashioned from materials chosen as much for their energetic properties as for their beauty: Type A Burmese jadeite and a luminous white stone prized by Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong.
From the Bliss of Harvest: Temple of Heaven Edition comes a bangle hand-carved from premium jadeite and set in 18K gold. Its tri-band design, inspired by the Temple of Heaven, symbolises balance, growth and elevation; the seamless circle embodies blessings, renewal and harmony. The companion ring, crafted in solid 18K rose gold and crowned with a flawless jadeite cabochon, carries the same architectural reference—the temple’s tiers—translated into something worn close to the skin.

In the home collection, the Imperial White Inkstone is a modern revival of the emperor’s living altar. It is issued only in limited editions that are never repeated, each piece hand-inscribed by grand master Goh himself with the Seven Star Talisman. The Qian Long Jadeite Mountain, shaped entirely by hand from Type A Burmese jadeite to grand master Goh’s vision, echoes the artistry of Emperor Qianlong’s imperial workshops.
Before any piece leaves Imperial Harvest, it undergoes a blessing ritual personally performed by grand master Goh: the drawing and recitation of bespoke talismans, their ceremonial burning, and a final anointing with sacred vermilion. Each creation is attuned to its destined owner before it reaches them.
For those who approach their homes, careers and personal wellbeing with the same seriousness they bring to every other significant decision, Imperial Harvest offers a discipline with genuine historical depth, objects of exceptional craft, and counsel grounded in the specific realities of an individual life.
