Mandarin Oriental San Clemente
Mandarin Oriental is set to manage the San Clemente Palace Hotel, located on a private island in the Venetian lagoon. The property will undergo a comprehensive renovation, with plans to reopen in April 2026. Once completed, the hotel will feature 136 rooms and suites, four dining venues and a spa offering a Finnish sauna and multi-sensory showers. Guests can expect a blend of Venetian charm and Mandarin Oriental’s signature design philosophy.
Rosewood Hotel Bauer
The historic Bauer Hotel, situated between the Grand Canal and Piazza San Marco, is undergoing a multi-year renovation to reopen as the Rosewood Hotel Bauer this year. The property will offer a casual restaurant and wine bar on the ground floor, a Venetian restaurant and rooftop bar, an Italian rooftop garden, a wellness facility and an outdoor pool with a bar located on the eighth floor.

Airelles Venezia, set to open in November 2025, marks the French luxury hotel group's first property outside of France. Located on the island of Giudecca, the hotel will offer 45 rooms and suites, a spa, gourmet dining options and extensive gardens. The property aims to provide an unforgettable stay with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, reflecting the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Orient Express Palazzo Donà Giovannelli
Orient Express is set to open its second hotel in Venice at the 15th-century Palazzo Donà Giovannelli in April 2026. The property will feature 47 guestrooms, suites and apartments, blending original Gothic architecture with modern design elements. The renovation, led by architect Aline Asmar d’Amman, aims to preserve the building’s essence while introducing contemporary luxury.
