Frasers Hospitality has announced the opening of its first hotel residence in Vinh Phuc province in Northern Vietnam. In the heart of the city’s old quarters, Modena by Fraser Vin Yen is conveniently located close to the famed Kim Ngoc food street, Dai Lai Golf Club, Vinh Yen train station and more. The hotel residence boasts 88 fully furnished serviced apartments with separate living and dining areas, kitchenettes and more. Following a comprehensive refurbishment, this luxurious private island lodge has reopened with a refreshed look. While the overall layout of the lodges remained largely unchanged, its bands along the beachfront have been rebuilt and enlarged, now featuring a redesigned private Beach Lounge, perfect for spending a day by the ocean. Each Banda also boasts two entrances: one directly from the beach and one from the Island’s interior forest. The lodge’s Dive Centre has been renovated, now offering more island activities. On top of old favourites such as stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking, the centre has introduced clear-bottom kayaks and sailing Hobie experiences such as tandem kayaking and catamaran.
