The natural paradise of the Maldives is now an ever more accessible destination for Malaysian travellers

Departing from KLIA at 10:10am, Flight MH485 marked the recommencement of Malaysia Airlines’ inaugural daily flight from Kuala Lumpur to the Maldives on August 1. The four-hour fifteen-minute flight marks Malaysia Airlines’ thirteenth destination in South Asia, furthering its expansion in key markets.

Alongside the launch of this direct route, Malaysia Airlines is currently offering promotional fares until August 31 to welcome new travellers to the Maldives’ breathtaking landscapes and crystal-clear waters.

Travellers can also enjoy plenty of add-ons, including a ten per cent discount on purchasing ancillary bundles such as value bundles, premium bundles, and MH Traveller’s Trio bundle, which includes a standard seat, 10kg extra baggage, and access to the Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge at KLIA.

This year, Malaysia Airlines is launching an additional three new destinations, including flights to Chiang Mai, Thailand, beginning August 15, and daily flights to Danang, Vietnam, starting September 24.
