For the aesthetically-inclined sailor, Akiko is a 34-metre yacht that underwent a stunning renovation in 2023—including paintwork and a complete interior refit that now features dreamy, contemporary decor.

Built to explore remote regions, Akiko is versatile enough to enter small bays, anchor behind coral atolls and navigate inland waterways with an impressive range and expedition capabilities. It has the capacity for up to twelve guests, with an impressive owner's suite that stretches full beam across the bridge deck - complete with a walk-in wardrobe.

The yacht’s spacious living areas boast full-height windows that fill the interior with natural light, and there's an array of gym equipment onboard as well as water toys including dive and snorkel gear, kayaks, jet skis, and more.

Originally from New Zealand, the yacht's owners named the boat after the Maori word 'Akiko' which means "at a distance from home". She's currently available for charters in Australia in Queensland, Western Australia, Whitsundays and The Kimberley, as well as in the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea.

Island-hopping, but make it Aman with Amandira, the prestigious hotel brand’s private yacht. With a name that translates to “Peaceful Intrepid” in Sanskrit, Amandira moves gently through the Indonesian archipelago, allowing guests to discover its hidden beaches and thriving wildlife.

Inspired by the Indonesian phinisi, or trading ships of the 20th century, the 52-metre twin-masted ship was custom-designed and handcrafted from local hardwoods by Konjo artisans.

On board and at your disposal is a crew of 14, including two chefs, a massage therapist, and a divemaster.

The five-cabin yacht can be hired at a nightly rate, or for the six-night Journey Across the Sea package. The charter begins at Amankila, a resort that stretches across the Lombok Strait coastline beneath Mount Agung. Guests then sail for a three-night journey to Amanwana, the only resort on Moyo Island, for two nights of glamping in luxury tents.

A helipad, a spa equipped with a sauna and plunge pool, even a working fireplace—this multi-award-winning superyacht is full of surprises. Many of those awards are for its design, which deviates from traditional yacht stylings, opting instead for a Scandi-chic aesthetic with muted tones, seductive textiles and quality woodwork.

The 75-metre Cloudbreak can accommodate up to 12 guests in its six stylish cabins, with plenty of on-board activities to keep them entertained. From spacious dining, living and lounging areas to its exceptionally well-equipped beach club, which is equipped with jet-skis, wakeboards, windsurfs, kayaks and more.

Cloudbreak sails in Thailand and the Philippines throughout the year, adding Papua New Guinea to its itinerary during the summer season from May to September.

This 129-foot catamaran is owned and operated by the Four Seasons, so you know it's going to be nothing short of spectacular. It has ten staterooms dressed in elegant, cloudy tones and one Explorer's Suite which—if it's available—you should absolutely splurge on. It’s twice the size of the staterooms and has a panoramic wall of windows looking out to gorgeous ever-changing views. It also boasts a bathtub, a walk-through closet and a private sundeck.

The floating hotel concept has three decks with walkable areas wrapped around the boat for 360-degree views, and an on-board Four Seasons Spa.

The Four Seasons Explorer is currently offering charters in Palau—one of the Seven Underwater Wonders of the World—where it will offer guests unrivalled access to 500,000 square kilometres of protected marine territory, 340 emerald isles and bucket-list dive, snorkel, surf and island adventures. Underwater caves and blue holes, ancient monoliths, dense jungle surrounds and 4,000 years of culture also await.

Size matters when it comes to sailing, and the 88.5-metre-long superyacht, Nirvana, is one of the largest crewed luxury yachts to sail the Southeast Asian waters. She also boasts beautiful interiors by Australian designer design house, Sam Sorgiovanni.

A staggering five decks house six high-end cabins, including a master suite with its own office space (not that you'll be working, we hope) and its own sun deck with a private jacuzzi.

Ensuring you'll never be bored on board, Nirvana boasts a 3D cinema, spa room, sauna and gym, plus a swimming pool on the main deck that can be converted to a dance floor. There's also a crew of 28 staff ready to accommodate all needs big or small, and an arsenal of water toys and diving equipment.

Silolona, with its dramatic black sails, makes quite the impression as it weaves its way through Indonesia’s islands. A luxurious take on traditional Indonesian sailing ships, the 50-metre wooden schooner was built by Sulawesi craftsmen and is fitted with modern comforts, like air conditioning in each stateroom.

There are five rooms in total, along with common spaces like a spectacular teak deck built for al fresco dining, sunbathing and stargazing.

Itineraries can be customised according to where you want to go and what you want to do – whether that’s diving in Komodo or sailing the Spice Islands in Indonesia, exploring hidden coves in Malaysia that once served as hideaways for pirates or diving into enchanting sea caves and lagoons in Thailand.

When Tatler interviewed actress Susan Sarandon, she told us that her time on board Silolona is one of her most memorable trips, saying, “[We] went through the Ring of Fire, which was just extraordinary. It was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of trip that I took with a few friends. I slept on deck, watched the sunrise and sunset and went snorkelling with whale sharks.”

Soaring, dramatic white sails create an ethereal presence as Vela navigates the calm waters of the Indonesian archipelago.

Co-owners Dimitri Tran and Adrien Portier had a vision of building a spectacular vessel that bridges the gap between a traditional boat and a superyacht. On the outside, Vela is a traditional sailing ship. On the inside, she is a celebration of the nation’s exceptional creative talent—from an art collection curated by a contemporary Indonesian gallery to custom ceramics by Balinese artisans, complemented by world-class finishings, including Hermès fabrics and bathroom fittings by Philippe Starck.

Vela is available for private charter throughout the year, with all itineraries on board Vela are tailor-made to individual groups’ preferences and curiosities.
