Designed by Kerry Hill Architects and managed entirely by Aman, the summit residences of The Skywaters—Singapore’s soon-to-be tallest tower, now past the one-third mark of its final 305 metres—bring estate-proportioned Sky Villas, private pools, and the exclusive Aman Club to the heart of the city
The Skywaters has been visible on the Singapore skyline for some time now, climbing steadily above the CBD with the kind of quiet inevitability that serious architecture tends to have. With construction now past the one-third mark of its final 305 metres, the tower—rising at the convergence of the Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern Waterfront—is set to be the tallest building in the city. Now, as the summit comes into focus, so does what occupies it: a tightly limited collection of residences, Sky Villas, and penthouses bearing one of hospitality's most guarded names.
Aman Residences, Singapore is the brand’s most elevated expression of urban living to date—and its first in the city-state. The collection is deliberately small: two- to five-bedroom deluxe residences and penthouses, each designed by Kerry Hill Architects with the restraint and spatial clarity the practice is known for.

Above Select homes come with private pools, entertainment rooms, and flexible wellness spaces
Landscaped terraces blur the line between inside and out, while select homes come with private pools, entertainment rooms, and flexible wellness spaces—layouts shaped by the same architectural philosophy that has defined Aman’s most celebrated properties.
At the very top sit the Sky Villas—just two of them. If the rest of the collection offers refined urban living, the Sky Villas operate on an entirely different register. Expansive volumes, horizon-to-sky views on all sides, dedicated private pools, and the South China Sea stretching out below: these are homes that function with the scale and independence of landed property, simply untethered from the ground.

Above Aman Residences, Singapore is the brand’s most elevated expression of urban living to date—and its first in the city-state
What sets Aman Residences, Singapore apart from even the most accomplished luxury developments in the city is the extent to which it functions as a self-contained world. Residents have direct access to the Aman Spa and Wellness Centre—built around longevity and holistic living—as well as a members-only bar that looks out over the South China Sea. An Aman hotel and signature dining venues occupy the same building, and Aman Club, the brand’s global private members’ club, brings a cultural and social dimension to the community that extends well beyond Singapore. Every element is managed directly by Aman—which means the level of service and discretion that defines the brand applies across every aspect of daily life here.
The development is the work of Perennial Holdings Private Limited, whose executive chairman and CEO Pua Seck Guan has spoken of a vision that balances space, tranquility, and tropical design at a scale rarely attempted. With the tower continuing its ascent toward 305 metres, that vision is becoming increasingly concrete.
