We embark on a tour of Kuala Lumpur’s iconic landmarks using its latest Reno 10 Pro+ smartphone, showcasing the powerful camera system it offers

What if you could see Kuala Lumpur from a different perspective? What if you could capture the beauty and diversity of this vibrant city with a powerful camera in your hand? Oppo invited us to do that with the new Reno10 Pro+ 5G, a smartphone boasting a powerful triple camera system. We hopped on one of the Hop-on-hop-off double-decker buses that took us around some of KL’s most iconic landmarks and were amazed by the results.

Our first stop was Petaling Street, the heart of KL’s Chinatown, where we immersed ourselves in this bustling area's rich and diverse culture. The phone’s 64-Megapixel telephoto camera offers a 3x optical zoom that is extremely useful for capturing far-away buildings and subjects. As we walked along the street, we saw a variety of shops, stalls, and restaurants offering everything from souvenirs and antiques to street food and delicacies.

We used the Reno10 Pro+’s 50-Megapixel main camera to snap some amazing photos of the lively scenes and the colourful characters we encountered. The camera captured every detail and nuance of the street life, from the traders’ and customers’ expressions and gestures to the textures and patterns of the goods and foods.

We also switched to the wide-angle camera, which offers a 112-degree field of view, to get a broader view of the contrast between the old and new in KL. We could fit both the historic Petaling Street and the modern Merdeka 118 skyscraper, which is set to be the world’s second tallest building, in one frame. The Reno10 Pro+’s camera enhanced the sense of depth and perspective in our photos, making them more dynamic and impressive.

The tour also took us to the historic National Mosque of Malaysia, the largest mosque in Kuala Lumpur. The mosque’s design combines elements from modern architecture and traditional Islamic art, calligraphy and ornamentation. Even though we were actively using the Reno10 Pro+’s camera for a few hours, the 4700 mAh battery allowed us to continue capturing photos and videos.

Using the main camera of the Reno10 Pro+, we captured the splendour of the mosque’s unique design and patterns, showcasing its peaceful essence. Meanwhile, the ultra-wide camera allowed us to find unique angles to capture this historic building and frame the modern skyline of Kuala Lumpur.
