Lucas Lau got his hands on the realme GT NEO 3 and shares his thoughts on the racing-inspired mobile phone

Model and content creator, Lucas Lau was instantly drawn to the Nitro Blue version of the realme GT NEO 3 the moment he laid eyes on it – blue is after all his favourite colour, and it would match a number of his outfits perfectly.

A stylish and trendsetting guy, Lau takes notice of unique style and design in almost everything he sees, and ensures that his outfit is always on point. And while not a big fan of racing, he does admit to admiring the design cues and aesthetics of racing cars, which can also be seen on the phone.

But looks weren’t the only charm of the realme smartphone for him. “A lot of my work revolves around taking photos and capturing video content as well, so having a good camera is really important for me. And the realme GT NEO 3 fits the bill really well, allowing me to take stunning photos and video on the spot, and quickly. It’s a pretty stable and well-rounded camera system, in my opinion,” says Lau.

Lau also enjoyed playing around with the macro camera as well as the wide angle lens on top of the main 50 megapixel primary camera. The macro lens allows for capturing objects as close as 4cm, meanwhile the wide angle gives you an astounding 119 degree view. Plus, the GT NEO 3 can now do image processing faster to just under a second, thus making it possible to capture moments quickly, even in difficult lighting conditions.

The camera is then further complemented by the GT NEO 3’s reality display, which boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and makes the content look extremely sharp and vivid, on top of making it seem beautiful and natural as well. This in turn extends to making the experience of scrolling and tapping at apps seem instantaneous.
