Show support for the Filipino athletes going for gold at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, exclusively on Cignal TV
In anticipation of the 2024 Paris Olympics, Cignal TV launches Isang Daang Taon Laban Para sa Bayan: Celebrating 100 Years of Filipino Excellence in the Olympics. The cable television provider will broadcast the athletes representing the Philippines on its channel.
Cignal TV will broadcast the 2024 Paris Olympics coverage on different MediaQuest platforms, including Cignal TV’s free-to-air and pay-per-view television. Their digital broadcasts of this event will be on OneSports, One News, and News5.
The athletes include weightlifter Vanessa Sarno, pole vaulter Ernest John Obiena, gymnast Carlos Yulo, and boxers Eumir Marcial and Nesthy Petecio.
At the recent 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Petecio won a silver medal in the women’s featherweight event, while Marcial took home a bronze medal in the middleweight division. The athletes hope to snag the gold medals for their respective categories as they return to the historic Olympic games.

Aside from the athletes’ performances at the Olympics, Cignal has been broadcasting their preparation process since April.
The preliminary boxing and artistic gymnastics rounds will be on July 27, and the weightlifting event is scheduled for August 7.
