After their 25-year hiatus, beloved Norwegian pop duo Marit Larsen and Marion Ravn of M2M are reuniting for a special, one-night only concert in Manila. Here’s everything you need to know about the event

Pop duo Marit Larsen and Marion Ravn (Raven) of M2M capture the sweetness of our good old days. Tracks like Pretty Boy, Mirror Mirror, The Day You Went Away, and Don’t Say You Love Me from their 2000 album Shades of Purple evoke a sense of nostalgia that transports us back to simpler times.

After being out of the music scene for two and a half decades, M2M is back and ready to serenade fans across Asia. Their first-ever headlining tour, which starts on May 1, 2025, will be at the Araneta Coliseum, Metro Manila.

The year 2025 marks the 25th anniversary of M2M’s iconic album, Shades of Purple. Fans have never stopped listening to their music and have long sought a reunion. Following their breakup in 2002, both Marit Larsen and Marion Ravn pursued successful solo careers, but until now, they had not reunited for a performance.

“It was never a question of where we'd start our tour if we ever reunited. Asia was always the first choice. Some of our best memories are from there,” says Ravn.

The Better Endings Tour marks a new chapter for M2M as they return to Asia. Despite their nearly decade-long journey together, during which they travelled globally and sold over 12 million albums, M2M has never undertaken a headlining tour—until now.

“We're finally getting to do what we always dreamed of. "I can't wait to get back on stage playing music with Marit again,” says Ravn.

Larsen, for her part, shares that she is delighted to play M2M tracks with Ravn again. “Making Shades of Purple changed our lives forever, and playing these songs together again, in the same room, while rediscovering both our music and our friendship at the same time, is a particular kind of magic. It feels powerful, like a celebration,” Larsen says.

“Let’s give this story a better ending. The ending it deserves. We truly can’t wait to see you again,” she concludes.

Tickets will go on-sale on Saturday, October 26 at 12PM via TicketNet.com.ph and TicketNet outlets nationwide. Presented by Wilbros Live.
