Hear the best of Asian music at the ASIYA Asian Music Festival & Conference this October

A phonetic spelling of Asia pronounced as ‘I See Ya’, the ASIYA Music Festival is a two-day festival that celebrates the musical variety of Asia, bringing industry giants, indie bands and fans together. But that’s not all concertgoers can enjoy. The event will also be hosting a conference where international music industry leaders will share their insights on the future of music and how to succeed in today’s evolving landscape. The ASIYA Asian Music Festival & Conference will be held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City on October 12 and 13.

From the top talents to emerging musicians, fans can expect their favourite artists to perform their top hits—and maybe some new songs! The main event includes P-Pop sensation BINI, who’ll be performing Pantropiko, Karera, Na Na Na, and their latest song, Cherry On Top, among others. They’ll be accompanied by South Korea’s indie band, Hyukoh who rose to prominence in 2015. Their top songs include Tomboy, Gang Gang Schiele and Wi Ing Wi Ing. 5-piece Taiwanese pop band Sunset Rollercoaster also joins the headlines with songs like My Jinji, Young Man, and SEX TAPE to be their most anticipated performances.

Other artists from the Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Thailand will be taking the stage to round up the festival. You can expect musicians such as Flu, Gabba, Jose Miguel, Juan Karlos, Reese Lansangan, Up Dharma Down, Urbandub, Ysanygo, and Zild from the Philippines. They’ll be joined by Malaysia’s babychair, Singapore’s Shye, Japan’s salasa and imase, Taiwan’s 9m88, South Korea’s Balming Tiger and Colde, and Thailand’s Numcha.
