Life’s best moments call for a dance floor and a catchy pop beat. Here are Southeast Asian girl groups you should listen to this year

If the past few years have proven anything, it’s that the global pop landscape has diversified and, interestingly, found some of its most exciting new voices in Southeast Asia. Across the region, homegrown girl groups aren’t just winning over local fans—they’re raising the bar when it comes to style, sound and storytelling.

From Jakarta to Manila, Bangkok to Phnom Penh, a fresh wave of girl groups is redefining what it means to be pop stars with global talents and sensibilities.

Below is a list of Southeast Asian girl groups you should listen to this year!
