6. June - ‘28 Years Later’

9. September - ‘HIM’
Produced by Jordan Peele, this movie introduces a new spooky subgenre: sports horror. It centres on a retiring star athlete who mentors a younger protégé.
10. October - ‘Michael’
This eagerly anticipated biopic of Michael Jackson stars Jaafar Jackson, his real-life nephew, in the lead role. Colman Domingo portrays patriarch Joe Jackson, while Nia Long takes on the role of Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson.
11. November - ‘Wicked: For Good’
This film covers the second act of Wicked, picking up where the first left off with a cliffhanger following the iconic “Defying Gravity” performance. Directed once again by Jon M Chu, it continues the story of Elphaba and Glinda, as their destinies unfold as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good.
12. December - ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’
The third entry in the Avatar series, Fire and Ash, began filming concurrently with 2022’s The Way of Water. The film explores a different culture of Pandora—the volcanic-dwelling “Ash People” Joining the cast are David Thewlis (of the Harry Potter series) and Oona Chaplin (Game of Thrones).
