This year’s Hong Kong Film Awards was a celebration of rising talents, film veterans and industry excellence as nominees, celebrities, actors and filmmakers all came together on Sunday, April 27, at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre to witness the announcement of the winners this year.

The evening began with the red carpet outside the cultural centre, where actors such as Tony Leung, Carina Lau, Fala Chen, Chung Suet-Ying, Marf and Louise Wong dazzled the crowd with their glamorous outfits and jewellery. Best Supporting Actor contender Louis Koo made a dramatic entry in an Uber taxi. Singers Terence Lam, Edan Lui of Mirror and Aaron Kwok were also spotted at the event.
