While the Island actor may only rate his looks a humble 50 out of 100, according to his interview with South Korean news publication News1, the rest of us may think otherwise. Over the years, Cha’s symmetrical features and stunning visuals has given him the title of K-pop’s "face genius". This term is typically used to define someone with striking appearances. That said, there is much more to Cha than just his looks.

In an episode of Korean variety show Knowing Bros, the heartthrob shared his experiences in middle school. “When I was younger, I was a model student… I was third [in my whole school],” Cha shared.

During an interview with ABS CBN News, the idol revealed that he studied in the Philippines during elementary school. While he was only there for six months, he also shares how the Philippines is close to his heart.

In an episode of the variety show Let’s Eat Dinner Together, the star is seen flaunting his English speaking skills with a full conversation with Henry Lau. During Paris Fashion Week 2022, he was also seen speaking fluent English in various interviews after the Dior show. Cha shared that he “studied hard” to be able to speak English fluently.
