Everything you need to know about Bruno Mars’ long-awaited return to Hong Kong
Nine years after the 24K Magic World Tour, pop icon Bruno Mars returns to Hong Kong with The Romantic Tour for four spectacular nights on May 7, 8, 11 and 12. The 16-time Grammy Award winner performed at the AsiaWorld-Expo in 2018, and of course, he will be taking on the 50,000-capacity Kai Tak Stadium this time, following in the footsteps of Coldplay, BigBang and Chinese superstars like G.E.M. and Silence Wang.

Bruno Mars has been on a career-defining streak. Having held the keys to the Las Vegas Strip for over a decade through record-breaking residencies at The Cosmopolitan and Dolby Liv, which grossed upwards of US$200 million, the master showman recently made it official.
Awarded the actual key to the city of Las Vegas, complete with his own street name, Bruno Mars Drive, and a proclamation from Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo, Mars has graduated from residency royalty to launching his first full stadium tour in over a decade.
Between dominating global charts with Lady Gaga on their record-smashing ballad Die With a Smile and his critically worshipped Silk Sonic partnership with Anderson .Paak, Mars arrives in Asia at the peak of his powers. For Mars, who has always proudly celebrated his Asian roots through his Filipino heritage on his mother’s side, returning to Asia carries a special resonance.
Adding even more star power to the Hong Kong dates, long-time collaborator Anderson will join the line-up, taking to the decks under his celebrated alter-ego, DJ Pee .Wee.

Above ‘The Romantic Tour’ is Mars’ first stadium run in over a decade
If opening night at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium was any indication, Hong Kong audiences are in for a two-hour, maximalist spectacle of soul, funk and pop excellence. The Romantic Tour is arguably Mars’ most confident and swoon-worthy era yet.
Expect a setlist that weaves fresh anthems with timeless classics. Recent stadium shows have kicked off with the soul-stirring opening ballad Risk It All before launching into new tracks like Cha Cha Cha, On My Soul, God Was Showing Off, I Just Might and Why You Wanna Fight.

The Silk Sonic catalogue takes centre stage with performances of Leave the Door Open, Smoking Out the Window, Fly As Me and 777.
