Favourite travel destination?
Taipei.

Favourite thing to do in Hong Kong?
Eat a hamburger at the Grand Hyatt.

Ultimate comfort dish?
Dumplings—specifically gyoza.

Favourite restaurant?
Din Tai Fung—the original branch in Taipei.

Life motto?
Forget it all.

Favourite work of art?
[German painter and sculptor] Anselm Kiefer’s Osiris and Isis (1985-87).

Favourite artist of all time?
[Spanish painter and printmaker] Francisco Goya.

Favourite manga and anime?
Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe, and its anime adaptation.

A recent challenge?
These days, it’s increasingly getting difficult for me to read [words] and understand numbers.

Best advice you’ve ever received?
“You’d better not come [to an event, etc.].”
