1. Winter Wonderland in Central

What: This year marks a new collaboration with Hongkong Land as Statue Square transforms into an enchanting Christmas town. Expect a 20-metre Christmas tree, toy-themed decorations and an immersive light show featuring cascading 3D projections across eight iconic buildings. Chater Road is reimagined as Starlight Boulevard—a shimmering stretch of lights bringing the heart of Central to life.
2. Stanley Plaza Merry Gingermas
When: from December 19 to 28, 2025
Where: Stanley Plaza, Stanley
What: Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Stanley Plaza’s seaside market returns with a playful Merry Gingermas theme—a nod to ginger as both a warming spice and a wink to the Cantonese phrase for ‘gutsy’ (gau geung; 夠薑). The piazza and Murray House will host more than 100 stalls selling handcrafted gifts and delicious bites from nearly 30 food and drink brands. Look for returning favourites such as Hugo’s Cheese, Biergarten’s German delights and The Nutter Company’s gelato, alongside newcomers like Michelin-recognised Fisholic, Curry Boy and Jacques n Grill’s pop-up serving ginger-inspired dishes. Sip on a ginger cocktail from Clan & Company by Magnolia Lab as you browse under the twinkling lights.
3. Discovery Bay Winter Wonderland Christmas Market

Where: DB Plaza, 1 Discovery Bay Road, Discovery Bay
What: Escape to Lantau’s sunny shores for an Italian-inspired Christmas getaway. The market at DB Plaza transforms the square into a cosy European village with wooden huts offering artisanal goods, premium wines and gourmet bites. Children can meet Santa, watch magicians and dance performances, and enjoy an energetic rope-skipping show that keeps the festive cheer high.
4. WestK Christmas Town

Where: Art Park, West Kowloon
What: The Art Park becomes a haven of holiday wonder at WestK Christmas Town. The Harbourside West Lawn turns into a twinkling Christmas forest lined with more than 60 trees and a 12-metre centrepiece. Beneath the soft lights, colourful animals, whimsical treehouses and a carousel create a fairytale setting. A stroll along the waterfront leads to WestK Christmas Lane, where curated stalls, live performances and seasonal treats complete the experience for visitors and even their four-legged companions.

5. Balloon Park

Where: Great Lawn, Art Park, West Kowloon
What: At West Kowloon’s Great Lawn, the Balloon Park invites guests into a massive inflatable playground divided into two themed zones. The Giant Bouncy Zone includes the imaginative Inverted Balloon World, a vibrant jumping area, an exhilarating seven-metre inflatable slide and a 40-metre track designed for thrill-seekers. Meanwhile, the Snap & Play Zone offers a colourful maze and playful installations featuring characters like the Care Bears, CoComelon, Garfield, Moomin, Paw Patrol and Peppa Pig.
With both day and night sessions, families can bounce under the sun or join After Dark Sessions with lights, music and even live DJ sets designed for kidults and friends. There’s also a junior session for children under 120cm to safely join the fun with their parents.
6. Festilumi

Where: Wan Chai Harbourfront
What: Making its Hong Kong debut at the Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space, Festilumi is a world-renowned immersive light experience hailed internationally for its visionary installations. Visitors can explore nine glowing worlds, from The Enchanted Maples and The Tunnel of Colours to The Jurassic Kingdom, each offering photo-worthy scenes and interactive displays. At its heart stands the Festilumi Tree of Lights, the world’s tallest illuminated Christmas tree, adorned with more than 190,000 LEDs and 50,000 luminous spheres. The result is a breathtaking spectacle across Victoria Harbour that defines Hong Kong’s Christmas skyline.
