Also arriving from Petaling Jaya is Uncle Robert, who has been frying up hearty plates of char kway teow to hungry customers for over 35 years.

Singapore's representatives at the fair include Hawker Chan, with their highly-raved soya sauce chicken dish that earned them a Michelin star in 2016. Look out for Haig Road Putu Piring's light and fluffy treats, which were recently featured on the popular Netflix series Street Food.
