Bon Estates reveals plan for a direct road link between Jalan Duta Kiara and Jalan Kiara 3
As Bon Estates gears up for its sophomore project in Mont Kiara, the developer has revealed plans to establish a direct road link between Jalan Duta Kiara and Jalan Kiara 3. Apart from paving the way for a more efficient route to the main traffic artery, this will enable a faster connection to Solaris Mont Kiara (via Jalan Duta Kiara) and Mont Kiara’s commercial hub (via Jalan Kiara).
Chan Jin-Wy, CEO of Bon Estates, explained that constructing this new access road via internal funding underscores the company’s commitment to community service. Indeed, while the new road significantly benefits future Bon Kiara residents, it will also provide enhanced convenience and reduced travel time for those in the vicinity.

As Bon Kiara shares its Jalan Kiara 3 address with landmarks like the Garden International School and other existing residential properties, introducing the new road will alleviate traffic congestion and improve traffic flow within the Mont Kiara community. In addition, Jalan Kiara 3 offers access routes to Desa Park City, Kepong, and DUKE Highway localities.
Chan emphasised that this new link road resonates with Bon Estates’ vision for Bon Kiara, which centres around facilitating “effortless living.” This ethos allows residents to seamlessly engage with a range of top-tier amenities and lifestyle facilities that Mont Kiara has to offer. It also reflects the company’s broader philosophy of elevating the quality of life and well-being of the larger community.
