Tatler friends discover this high-rise luxury condominium overlooking the lush greenery of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort
Aetas Damansara is a luxury development by MCT Berhad and Ayala Land nestled in a vibrant neighbourhood. On September 6, guests of Tatler were invited for an evening to discover the endless possibilities of life at Aetas Damansara. Their evening began at the Aetas Damansara sales gallery where they were given a private tour of the showroom with a fully-working model unit.
A truly immersive experience, guests could imagine stepping out of a high-speed Schindler lift and into their private lobby with incredible views before entering the front door only to find a spacious living room. The communal space with its impressive 3.1m high ceiling opens up into an equally spacious balcony fit for gardening, light activity and lounging—a rarity in most condominiums in Malaysia. And when it gets too hot or when it rains, there are automatic blinds as well as laminated glass to ensure maximum comfort.
In fact, every component of a unit within Aetas Damansara is thoughtfully designed to accommodate people of all ages and lifestyles. For multi-generational families living with children or senior citizens in wheelchairs, the floors are completely level. Guests were particularly impressed with the flexibility provided by the layout to match their needs, whether it is an additional office, a formal dining room, or separate wet and dry kitchens.

Chee Kok Keong, MCT Berhad's director of sales and marketing, gave a short welcome speech that included pertinent information about Aetas Damansara's prime location in the affluent neighbourhood, highlighting its convenient proximity to top schools, medical centres, and shopping malls. There are also plenty of quaint cafes and restaurants within walking distance, allowing residents to be surrounded by nature while enjoying a lively, cosmopolitan lifestyle.

The evening continued with a specially prepared five-course meal by Chef Aidan Low and his team at Akâr Dining. Each dish incorporated Malaysian elements such as langit rice puffs or buah keluak, and paired with non-alcoholic sparkling tea to bring out the flavours. After the meal, our guests mingled and enjoyed the serene view of Tropicana at night. They definitely got a taste of life at Aetas Damansara, and it was only among the many endless possibilities that it can provide.
