Clocking in at a generous 6,728 to 8,870 sq ft, the sleek and modern villas are wisely rooted in vernacular architecture. Drawing from the tropical requirements of the traditional coastal house in terms of material selection and design choices, this approach ensures effective insulation that keeps the house cool throughout the day. Ventilated roof spaces, large eaves and overhangs, all hallmarks of local design, have also been incorporated to ensure the comfort of those living in the villas.

The villas are strategically arranged along the island's perimeter and built into a split-level terrain that graduates towards the water, thus ensuring a wow effect when viewing the villas from the waterfront.

All three-storey units come with grand open spaces and large windows; hardwood was generously used throughout the interiors. This choice is not just structurally ideal for the tropical coastal climate, they imbue the space with a warm, natural feel, ideal for its environment. Rooms are generously proportioned with a lavish master suite on the top floor and a thoughtfully added internal lift to access all three floors. Each villa also opens out onto its own swimming pool, lawn and landscaped water edge leading to a private berth.
