Renowned for its architectural prowess, Dubai boasts the tallest building in the world: the Burj Khalifa. Standing 828 metres and 163 stories, it is a breathtaking feat of innovation and creativity.
With a wide range of residences, offices, and areas for communities to gather, this building ushers in a new era of design. One space is located on the 103rd floor, in an exquisite project completed by the Eterneo team. This apartment uniquely blends marble textures, vibrant hues, and expansive views of Dubai’s skyline.

Upon entering the apartment, one is immediately immersed in floor-to-ceiling camouflage marble. Stepping down the corridors and through hidden marble-clad pivot doors, one is immersed in a space with jewel tones of teal and navy blue.
Shades of orange, red, and brown add both warmth and a touch of mid-century appeal to the space, allowing the homeowners to relax on the couches as they enjoy views of Dubai transitioning from day to night.
To the sides of the living room are large, structural columns clad in exquisite Pavoni leather, anchoring the space to a deeply tranquil colour scheme. The dark Cadorin parquet flooring further grounds the space, over which lays a circular carpet that adds organic symmetry to the room. Nearby is a grand piano in white that blends seamlessly with the rest of the home’s decoration.

On the other end of the space is a dining room that echoes the living room’s circular design. It features a grey marble tabletop that works harmoniously with the monochromatic, curved walls of the space. The pebble-like pendant lights above the table enhance the inviting atmosphere, laying the scene for the homeowners to host lively gatherings in style.
After a delicious meal at the dining table, the homeowners lead guests to the bar area. This free-standing bar counter is made with bronze metal topped with Calacatta marble in violet, which leads to a temperature-controlled wine cellar with the perfect selection for any occasion.

Even in the kitchen, the priority is to provide harmony among different textures, with grey tiles standing in soothing contrast to the marble.
Wandering further down the hallway, one enters the entertainment room. The television is mounted onto a stitched leather wall overlooking the city without detracting from the city views, allowing the homeowners to unwind after a long day.
