In the lead-up to the Tatler Homes Design Awards 2025, Tatler Homes Singapore hosted an intimate evening at Hafary House featuring curated showroom tours, a vibrant grazing table, porcelain-themed lucky draw and the unveiling of a new special category celebrating rising spatial design studios
Last Wednesday, Hafary House came alive as Singapore’s design community gathered at the showroom to celebrate the next generation of spatial designers.
The evening began with a welcome speech by Tatler Homes Singapore editor Asih Jenie, who introduced a new category for the upcoming Tatler Homes Design Awards 2025: Spatial Design Studio On The Rise.
This category is dedicated to honouring emerging spatial design studios, including architects, interior designers and other built environment practitioners that have been established for less than 10 years. Three winners will be announced at the prestigious Tatler Homes Design Awards 2025 gala on July 1.
Also hosting the built industry guests were Hafary Group’s director Eric Low and Zuccheti’s general manager Liz Yang, who flew down from Hong Kong for the occasion to introduce the Italian brand’s showcase inside the Hafary Bathroom, a new section debuted by the brand at the Hafary House.

Then, guests were invited to explore the expansive showroom that’s decked in space-defining surface materials, bold colour palettes and dynamic fixtures that turn a house into a stylish abode. Three distinctive showcases were highlighted: the Wood Culture collection, the Stone collection and Hafary Bathroom.
In the Stone collection, Hafary representative Joey Lee shared more about the brand’s extensive selection of stone before inviting guests to explore the area.
The Hafary Bathroom showcase was spread over Hafary House’s two levels, featuring sleek displays from renowned Italian brand Zucchetti and Hafary’s in-house range Klopfen. Yang welcomed guests to the bathroom showcase, introducing them to Zucchetti’s bathroom fixtures.
At the Wood Culture showcase, Wood Culture representative Kailee Hon took guests around the area, highlighting the Hafary subsidiary’s exquisite pieces, ranging from its clay to wood collections.
The exclusive gathering offered designers a unique opportunity to experience a variety of textures, finishes and innovative materials first hand—elements that are shaping the interiors of today and the future. The immersive tour sparked meaningful conversations on how Hafary blends the concepts of interior design and creative functionality.
Guests enjoyed a generous grazing table by Chef Tim Meijers of Tim’s Fine Catering Services, artfully arranged at Hafary House’s beautiful kitchen in the Stone Gallery section of the showroom.
Highlights included bite-sized Morilles quiche, truffle angel hair pasta, and a refined tuna salad with akami tataki and chu-toro. A trio of colourful hummus, artisanal cheeses, and a selection of charcuterie lent vibrant pops of colour to the space, adding warmth and visual delight to the evening.
Following the insightful tours of the various spaces, an appreciation ceremony was held, where guests received thoughtful gifts in recognition of their contributions to the world of spatial design. The celebration continued as guests mingled, explored the showroom further and enjoyed a selection of tantalising bites. The evening not only honoured rising talents but also offered a sense of community and inspiration within Singapore’s dynamic design scene.
