Keen & Worth’s Ongpin Tower is an address that proudly wears its Binondo heritage on its sleeve
Binondo has long been a place where commerce, culture, and community converge. These enduring qualities inspired Keen & Worth Property Developers, Inc's vision for Ongpin Tower—a contemporary interpretation of modern Chinatown living that honours Binondo's rich heritage while embracing the evolving lifestyle of a new generation. That vision came to life through A
Symphony of Senses, an intimate evening at C Lounge, Conrad Manila, where guests were invited to experience the essence of Binondo.

“Modern Chinatown Living is about honouring Binondo’s cultural significance while reimagining it for the next generation,” Keen & Worth Property Developers, Inc chief operating officer Kimberly Wong says. “Through Ongpin Tower, we aim to create an address that reflects legacy, community, refinement and the evolving lifestyle of Filipino-Chinese families and discerning urban homeowners.”
A sensory pairing inspired by the development's signature scent invited guests to explore its distinct fragrance notes alongside specially curated teas, tea-infused cocktails and bespoke canapés. The exclusive preview of Behind the Tower, a documentary series, offered an intimate look at the people, ideas and collaboration shaping Ongpin Tower from concept to completion.

This preview led to an intimate fireside chat with Ar Miguel Tan of MOT Architectural Designs, Jamie Lim of Ironcon Builders & Development Corporation and Ar Rowland Agullana of Cubesystem, which granted greater insight into the philosophy behind the building’s construction, prime location and design. “Heritage doesn’t have to be expressed literally,” Tan explained, “Rather than replicating traditional Chinese architecture, we reflected its principle through a contemporary lens.” Lim, meanwhile, spoke of the discipline, precision and workmanship required to bring this 52-storey development to life.
“Binondo is very energetic, very diverse. There’s a lot of culture,” Agullana added. “We wanted to have our team of landscape architects to have a [sort of] mirror effect of what’s happening there. That’s why we have different layers on the green wall that lead to the different levels of the Sky Garden.”
With its targeted second-quarter 2027 turnover, Ongpin Tower continues to embody Keen & Worth's vision not simply as a place to live, but as a lifestyle inspired by heritage and thoughtfully designed for generations to come. Future residents can expect the very same air of warmth, familiarity and utmost refinement.
