In a sunlit villa in Mallorca, among curated canvases and sculptural ceramics, Danish artist and designer Malene Birger invites us into her home—a space where art, light, and personal history converge. It’s here, surrounded by warm textures and refined minimalism, that Louis Poulsen’s new PH Aged Brass collection finds its perfect stage.
Louis Poulsen’s 2025 launch begins with the PH 2/2 Luna Aged Brass Opal Table Lamp in June, marking a new chapter for the Danish heritage brand. A lacquered dark brown aged brass finish meets the gentle glow of opal glass in a trio of designs that are both classic and quietly contemporary: the PH 2/2 Luna Table Lamp, the PH 3/2 Table Lamp, and the PH 3/3 Pendant.

For Birger, whose work and interiors embrace restraint, poetry, and timeless silhouettes, lighting is more than functional—it's emotive. And that's where Louis Poulsen’s new launch comes in.
“Lamps are like the jewellery of a home,” she reflects. “I grew up with PH lamps. The connection is emotional. In Denmark, a home without one wasn't really a home. It's part of our cultural DNA.”

The campaign, En Casa Con La Artista, captures the PH Aged Brass pieces styled throughout Birger’s home. Each lamp sits with quiet confidence—atop vintage sideboards, beside weathered sulptures, beneath high ceilings washed in Mediterranean light. They're not statement pieces in the traditional sense; rather, they become part of the atmosphere. Luminous accents that tell stories.
Refined yet approachable, the collection blends aged finishes with classic craftsmanship. A lacquered deep brown brass body forms the foundation for softly diffused light, creating warmth without glare. Like all of Poul Henningsen's designs, these lamps are rooted in the philosophy of shaping light—not just casting it.
The PH 2/2 Luna Table Lamp by Louis Poulsen arrives in stores this June, while the PH 3/2 Table Lamp and PH 3/3 Pendant follow later in Autumn 2025.
