DEDON has been in the furniture industry for 30 years now. The brand provides handcrafted luxury outdoor furniture developed and manufactured in its state-of-the-art production facilities in northern Germany. The environment-friendly brand is known for its durable materials and luxurious textures.

4. ITO KISH

Ito Kish spent most of his childhood in San Pablo, a rural area known for its woven baskets. “I paid attention to everything that surrounded me—the market basket and how it was woven, the construction of our dining chair, the print on my mother’s dresses—there were so many things to see and learn from,” says the designer. 

Now in the industry for more than 20 years, Ito Kish offers designs dedicated to recovering and adapting the design traditions of his native Philippines.

5. A.Garcia Crafts

A. Garcia Crafts has been making residential and contract furniture since 1995. Its factory in Santo Tomas, Pampanga, produces designs that enhance the value of otherwise ordinary materials. The brand seeks to highlight sustainable and eco-friendly materials, including rattan, polyethylene plastic, powder-coated mild steel and aluminium, stainless steel, oak wood, mahogany wood, acacia wood, teak wood and marble.

The company also proudly offers handcrafted pieces by highly skilled Kapampangan artisans.
