Living Innovations, known for its high-end European furnishings and kitchen solutions, has launched a grand experience hub in Mandaluyong’s Greenfield District. Marking the company’s two decades in the industry, the hub presents an immersive environment for clients to explore luxury home brands.
“The idea is for clients to come in with their designers and suppliers and showcase everything here so they can instantly visualise what their home will look and feel like,” says Ferdie Ong, founder of Living Innovations. “It’s rare to have a space like this where they can gather, discuss and compare everything in one place. We’ve brought it all together to provide that unique option.”
The hub showcases expertly designed spaces, featuring three distinct vignettes in collaboration with interior designer Cyndi Fernandez Beltran, lifestyle personality Mari Jasmine and Ong, Beltran’s outdoor lounge is perfect for social gatherings, Jasmine’s retreat offers a serene sanctuary and Ong’s foyer and living room create a warm, welcoming environment. The experience hub includes a stunning double-height central space with a six-meter ceiling, allowing clients to appreciate the grandeur of luxury living.
Bold brilliance
With their unconventional approach to home furnishings, German brand Kare has been pushing the boundaries of design for four decades. Its newest showroom at the Garden Towers in Makati was imbued with a hotel-inspired theme called ‘Check In to the Kare Life,’ immersing guests in a world of colour and texture.
“The Philippines has a vibrant market for expressive designs,” shares co-founder Peter Schönhofen, who created the company with his friend Jürgen Reiter in 1981. “This incredible appreciation for creativity and individuality resonates deeply with our brand.”
The Caldera Collection was on display at the showroom’s opening, featuring black tabletops over chrome-plated steel bases. Guests also lounged on the Ciao Sofa Series, which takes inspiration from Italian design. The brand also partnered with cutting-edge Filipino creatives, who added unique twists to the home furnishings. Florist Teddy Manuel, award-winning interior designer Chat Fores and lifestyle journalist Marie Lozano added personal touches to different sections in the store, highlighting Kare’s whimsical design philosophy.

Renowned Danish home brand Vipp reopens its doors at Shangri-La the Fort in Bonifacio Global City. The space has transformed into a soothing scene with its neutral colour palette complemented by accent shades of steel grey, black and white to create harmony with the furniture.
Upon entering the space, guests are treated to dining rooms, kitchen areas and a bath wall display that prominently features the most inviting Vipp products. One of the brand’s most iconic pieces, a pedal bin in various colours, is also displayed in the front window. The dining room spotlights the Vipp Swivel Chairs upholstered in Bosco green and sand leather. Artists Sophie Klerk and Monti showcase striking wall art overlooking Vipp ceramics, pendant lights and plates in the space.
For Philip Nørgaard, Vipp Preferred Partner and Contract Sales Manager, “The level of detail and execution for the relaunch has been spot-on for the brand and more than we could have expected. With the display of Vipp’s growing collection, it will be the start of something good.”
