Gigi and Bella Hadid’s mother, former model Yolanda Hadid, has put her historic farm on the market. Take a look inside the sprawling estate here
Yolanda Hadid, mother of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid, has put her historic Pennsylvania farm on the market for US$11 million.
Located about 45 miles from Philadelphia and 70 miles from New York City, the 32-acre farm was originally built in 1780, with interiors reimagined by the elder Hadid, a former model who was also a star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, when she bought the home in 2017.
“I needed to get away from the noise of city life,” says Hadid in a press statement. “I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland.”
The farm became home to Hadid, Gigi, Bella and their brother Anwar. It was where “Bella and Gigi rode their horses bareback around the farm and trained in the jumping arena”, says Hadid in her statement. It is also where Gigi gave birth to her and singer Zayn Malik’s daughter, Khai, in 2020.
Here, we take a look inside the farm and its stunning interiors.

The property consists of a main house, three guest cottages—each one home to Hadid’s three children—a stone barn, as well as sprawling lavender fields.
The main house, a three-storey stone farmhouse, spans 3,400 sq ft and features three bedrooms and five bathrooms, with the master bedroom occupying the top floor. It also has front and rear porches and five fireplaces.
Its kitchen, which features a country-inspired theme, has custom cabinetry, gourmet appliances and a quartzite island. Other details include a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a soaking tub. A European-style concrete pool is located in its gardens.

Each of the three cottages, meanwhile, has unique design details.
The one-bedroom Carriage House features a spiral staircase and exposed beams. The two-bedroom Corn Crib Cottage, which was once used for farm storage, has a lofted bedroom and a courtyard with a fire pit.
The Lavender Cottage has two bedrooms and an office, and overlooks wildflower and vegetable gardens. All three cottages have their own kitchen.
The 8,000 sq ft stone barn comes complete with equestrian facilities. Outdoor amenities include a round pen, a professional dressage and jumping arena and sweeping fenced pastures.
The property is listed by Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate.
