Fendi reunites with French audio house Devialet for a new iteration of the Mania portable speaker, now dressed in the maison’s unmistakable FF monogram and shades of black and grey
Two years after their first collaboration for the Men’s Fall/Winter 2024–25 collection, Fendi and Devialet are back with a new statement in sound. The Fendi x Devialet Mania Black & Grey portable speaker, released earlier this month, builds on the success of their initial partnership while sharpening its focus on design and performance.
At its core is the Devialet Mania, the French audio company’s acclaimed portable speaker introduced in 2022. For this edition, the technical architecture remains intact, but the exterior has been reimagined through Fendi’s lens.

The collaboration reflects a shared interest in mobility and craft. Fendi brings its design codes, while Devialet contributes the company’s cumulative acoustic research, backed by 250 patents and more than 100 international awards. The result is a portable speaker that aims to deliver both visual impact and technical credibility.

The Mania’s 360-degree sound is powered by proprietary acoustic mapping technology that adapts the soundstage to its surroundings. With Active Stereo Calibration (ASC), four microphones analyse the environment in real time, adjusting output for consistent performance whether placed in an open-plan living room or on a balcony. The frequency response spans from 30 Hz to 20 kHz, offering a full spectrum listening experience with defined bass and clear highs.

Now available in selected Fendi boutiques worldwide and online, the Fendi x Devialet Mania Black & Grey portable speaker arrives at a moment when fashion’s dialogue with technology feels increasingly fluent. For collectors of either house, it marks the next chapter in a partnership that treats sound as an extension of style.
