Chef Hisashi Udatsu’s first venture outside Tokyo, which takes over The Araki space, brings his expertise to the historic FWD House 1881 in Tsim Sha Tsui. The intimate 12-seat counter made from 150-year-old Yoshino cypress sets the stage for an omakase menu that blends tradition and innovation, showcasing seafood flown in daily from Toyosu market alongside locally sourced herbs and vegetables.

Highlights include tempura-fried nori crowned with uni, smoked otoro tuna with a theatrical flourish, and seasonal creations like abalone from Fukuoka. Paired with an inventive beverage menu featuring sake and artisanal agave spirits, Udatsu Sushi provides an intriguing new, sushi omakase experience.
