Off Menu Philippines 2022 was truly a weekend to remember.
Held at Shangri-La the Fort, Manila, on September 23-24 2022, Tatler Dining Philippines’ proudly presented Off Menu, our first public ticketed event and food festival which presented discerning diners with a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. We hand-picked 12 of the country’s best chefs and teamed them up to create 6 unbeatable pairs, each tasked to create an exclusive, Off Menu dish—something you will not be able to find or taste at any of their restaurants. With only 200 tickets available each night, the event sold out just four days after launching.
Presented by HSBC, supported by The Singleton and Shangri-La the Fort, Manila, Off Menu Philippines 2022 was a grand celebration of gastronomic talent, boundless creativity, and our beloved F&B community.
