Hapag is known to push the boundaries of Filipino food. Renowned for its original take on local cuisine and bold usage of indigenous ingredients, the chefs behind Hapag have done plenty of research to create impressive, innovative menus. Thirdy Dolatre and Kevin Navoa show off their skills through their thoughtful cooking methods, infusing techniques to create unique dishes that are familiar yet new. The restaurant aims to promote anything and everything Filipino: from cuisine, hospitality, culture, artists, purveyors, and farmers too–the team is Filipino and proud.
