1. Summer Pavilion
Its location close to the heart of the action makes it a convenient destination when you want to nourish yourself before or after the races. And executive chef Cheung Siu Kong invites you to enjoy his lunch and dinner grand prix menus, available from September 14 to 16.
The menus comprise culinary highlights from the recently revamped menu, including the comforting double-boiled superior soup with abalone that's studded with bamboo pith. There's also lightly seared Hokkaido king scallop with caviar, and poached vermicelli with Dong Xing grouper fillet in lobster broth. The sets include Chinese teas.
